The mature design is to facilitate the extraction of substances
Take nasopharyngeal swab for example
1. Take an extraction tube from the kit. Add 10 drops(or 450~500μl) of sample lysis solution into the Extraction tube.
2. Tilt patient's head back about 70°. Inser sterilized swab through the nostril parallel to the palate.
3. Gently rub and roll the swab, and leave swab in place for several seconds to absorb secretions.
4. Slowly remove swab while rotating it.
5. Place and soak the Patient Swab in the Sample Lysis Solution for 15 seconds. Stir well by rotating the swab against the side of the vial 5 times.
6. Remove the swab while squeezing the sides of the tube to extract the liquid from the swab. Discard the swab in biohazard waste.
7. Firmly attach Dropper Lid to the top of the Extraction tube. Then gently invert the Extraction tube 5 times.
8.Transfer 3 drops (about 100μl) specimen to the sample area of the Test Strip.
9. Read the results in 15-20 minutes. Do not interpret the result exceed 20 minutes.
